Admission and Assessment

All placements in our Homes are based upon a full professional assessment and the development of a care plan designed to meet the needs of the client. The client will be invited to participate in the care plan and discuss the suitability of the placement. Many new clients make visits to the Home they have selected before deciding to make it their Home. We are more than happy to arrange an informal visit to any of our Homes.

Fees
